  • ‘Environment Protection Regulations 2018 – meeting the challenge’

    On 1 July 2021, New Environmental Protection Regulations began in Victoria. Accompanying these new laws is a range of new requirements, including;

    Waste classification,

    Waste tracking and rules for ‘lawful place’,

    Waste categories and new waste codes,

    Declaration of use,

    Permissions & designations,

    Accredited consigners, and

    New obligations for waste generators.

    To assist members to understand these changes, the VWMA will be holding a breakfast briefing;

    On Thursday 30th September 2021

    From 7:30am until 9:30am

    At RACV Bourke St Melbourne (501 Bourke St, Melbourne Victoria 3000)
