EPA Waste Receivers Fact Sheet

The Environment Protection Authority (EPA) considers you a waste receiver if you receive any waste from a place or premises. Anyone involved with the management, transport or handling of waste has a legal responsibility under the EP Act 2017 and the General Environmental Duty. The EPA has put together this useful fact sheet for receival sites.
