Container Deposit Scheme Consultation Summary

Earlier this year DELWP conducted public consultation regarding the Container Deposit Scheme, the results of this public consultatio9n is now available 

From 28 May to 26 June 2022 the Victorian Government sought feedback on the exposure draft of the Regulations and the accompanying Regulatory Impact Statement (RIS). Victorians were invited to have their say by completing an online survey on Engage Victoria and/or providing a written submission through Engage Victoria A total of 1,917 surveys were completed and 53 written responses were received.
