The first few months of my Cadetship in Transport and Logistics with the VTA has been an enjoyable and interesting experience. The balance of spending time in a workplace along with some time spent learning at Victoria University and working on assignments and projects which are based on our own workplace has meant I have developed a solid base upon which to build a career in the industry. It has been really interesting to learn more about how my workplace operates in comparison to others in the same industry. However one of the most important features of the Cadetship that I have noticed so far is the networks I am developing as a result of interacting with others in the industry.
