Pam Keating 1954 - 2009

The VWMA is proud to support the Waste Management Association of Australia’s Pam Keating Award made to an outstanding woman working in the environment management industry in Victoria

The award of $1500 recognises the work of the late Pam Keating (1954-2009) who held a number of key roles in the waste, water and sustainability fields and was an inspiration to many in those fields.

Criteria for the award include:
• development and promotion of sustainability issues
• cooperation and collaboration with industry/stakeholders
• contribution to innovation
• activities that promote professional development in the environment industry
• demonstrated success in sustainability outcomes
• demonstrated leadership qualities around sustainability issues.

Applications close 31 August 2010.
